Terms of Service

All participants of Impulsion Sim Game (ISG or IMPULSION-SIM.COM) are required at all times to conduct themselves in a manner which is appropriate for all ages. Impulsion provides no guarantee of service, and reserves the right to refuse access to any person at any time and the right to modify or remove policies, users or sub-sites for any reason, with no prior notification. All services are provided free of charge and for entertainment purposes only

Players should be advised that these are not the game rules, simply conduct and general behavior requirements all participants must follow. All members are expected to review Impulsion's rules and guidelines upon acceptance into the game.

Age Restrictions

Impulsion Sim is intended for a mature audience aged 16+.

All participants under the age of 18 should obtain parent permission to participate in Impulsion Sim Game and its affiliated services. Additionally, Impulsion strongly recommends that parents monitor their child's online activities carefully. Parents are encouraged to contact administration@impulsion-sim.com if they have questions or concerns. Impulsion Sim Game and its affiliated services are not responsible for the actions of users of any age.

All users, regardless of age, are expected to assume full responsibility for any legal issues that occur while participating in the game.

General User Obligations

In order to participate in the game, users must provide a valid email address.

Usernames must comprise a realistic human name. Usernames may not be unlawful, infringe any third party rights, be racist, defamatory or contrary o good moral standard.

Users are prohibited from creating duplicate accounts, attempting to assume the identity of a third party, accessing an account owned by another user, or fraudulent usage of accounts.

Impulsion reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to an account or to certain functions of the game without notice.

Attempts to defame, abuse, threaten, harass or stalk any person, or infringe upon their personal rights, are strictly prohibited.

Users may not attempt to corrupt or damage the game in any way, which includes transferring viruses, destructive programs and exploiting 'bugs' in the code or disrupting the functioning of the game in any way.

Users agree not to perform any actions which may infringe any intellectual property rights or third party rights, in particular trademarks, individual's rights or copyrights.

Conduct Responsibility

Participants are expected to act in a manner which is acceptable to the general public at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, obeying language restrictions.

Language restrictions are to be strictly followed. Use of any words generally deemed unacceptable (coarse language, discriminatory terms, slurs etc.) is prohibited and grounds for immediate removal from the game without suspension.

Restrictions apply to all areas of Impulsion Sim. Email addresses, personal messenger contacts, and other information obtained in Impulsion Sim are not to be used to send spam letters, chain mail or harassment notices.

Intellectual Property

Impulsion Sim is the legal owner of:

• The game and its official sub-sites.
• The database structure and the content management system specific to Impulsion.
• All information, elements of know-how, specification documentation and more generally all elements created specifically for the game.
• Trademarks, patents, formats, names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphics, or other signs which may be used, created or implemented in the framework of the game and its official sub-sites.

Users agree not to reproduce any of the elements outlined above in any way for any purpose, directly or indirectly.

Users are the legal owners of:

• Creations, data, information and any files communicated to Impulsion or to other users.

Violation of the Terms of Service Agreement

Violation of the above agreement will be disciplined accordingly, per the three-point system described in the Rules & Guidelines or by any other means deemed necessary. Certain circumstances are grounds for immediate removal from Impulsion.

Impulsion reserves the right to suspend access to accounts of to certain aspects of the game for any reason without prior warning.

Impulsion reserves the right to commence proceedings against any users who causes harm to the game through a breach of the Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

The above Terms become binding upon users when they register to use the services provided by Impulsion. In addition, participation in the game is deemed to imply implicit acceptance of any future modifications to the Terms.

When registering for the game, users must expressly communicate their acceptance of the above Terms by checking the box, "I have read and accept the provisions of the Terms in their entirety". Users who fail to check this box will be denied access to the game.
